About Me
As an experienced IT specialist focusing on Apple technologies and Managing Director of Level 16 GmbH in Augsburg, I can look back on a 24-year career in the IT sector. It began in 2000 with the founding of a successful online store for Apple products, followed by the opening of an Apple Premium Reseller Store in September 2007.
Over the past 24 years, I have gained extensive experience as a manager, IT specialist, and technician. I firmly believe that continuous learning and development are crucial for professional success. In 2021, I completed further training courses in relationship counseling, which enabled me to support people in personal and professional relationships. These qualifications have provided me with valuable insights into interpersonal communication and conflict resolution dynamics, which have proven extremely useful in internal collaboration and dealing with customers, especially complaint management.
